Hot Summer Day originates from a 2012 sketch, later reworked into a contemporary figurative composition. The image centers on a psychologically charged atmosphere, with the inclusion of a dog acting as a protective presence and symbolic reference to companionship and attachment.

Nocturnal reinterprets the Ophelia motif through a darker lens. The seagull functions as an emblem of death, while the central figure is reframed as an assertive, untouchable presence. The work shifts agency toward the subject, altering the traditional narrative structure.
