Cultprint is pleased to announce Ugly Duckling, a new limited edition print by Ernest Zacharevic. The print revisits Zacharevic’s 2024 mural in Aalborg, Denmark, depicting a child climbing an oversized origami duck – a poetic reference to Hans Christian Andersen’s The Ugly Duckling and the 1952 Danish banknote bearing Andersen’s portrait. Each edition is hand-embellished with 24-carat gold, signed, and numbered by the artist.
